This Master Resale Rights (MRR) License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "Licensee") and Passive Biz in a Box (the "Licensor").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to resell the Product to third parties. The Licensee may retain 100% of the profits from these sales.

2. RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS

• [NO] You may NOT modify, alter, or edit the core video training or course materials.

• [NO] You may NOT sell the product for less than the Minimum Resale Price of $47.00

4. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER The Licensee agrees not to make any income guarantees or promises of wealth when marketing this Product. All income claims must be disclaimed as examples and not guarantees of future results.

5. LIABILITY The Product is provided "as is." The Licensor makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Product’s performance or fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or resale of the Product.
